
Delivery
Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within New Zealand is a flat rate no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight. We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed, Due to stock availability of some products, please allow 21 days for their delivery. We will notify you via your nominated email address once your product(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.
FREE DELIVERY – Simply spend $200 or more in one transaction (excl. PHI) via our website and have your order delivered to your address for free. Discount automatically applied when your shopping cart value exceeds $200.
In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site. Products are dispatched from Innovations, 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia.
Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for and commercial use.
Option of credit note instead of refund
Innovations customers who are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Innovations purchase terms or Australian Consumer Law have the option of choosing to accept a credit note of a value that is 10% higher than the refundable amount (e.g. 110% of the refundable amount (including GST)), instead of receiving a cash refund for the refundable amount. The decision whether or not to accept a credit note instead of a refund is entirely the customer’s, but if a credit note is selected, the following terms shall apply to the credit note:
