The operations of the Group are managed from its fully owned warehouse and office premises built on 5.3 hectares of land in the northern suburbs of Sydney, Australia, and an international product sourcing and market research office is based in Henley, England.

Innovations
Innovations is a specialist general merchandise online and catalogue company operating in Australia and New Zealand. With over 2 million Australian and New Zealand customers through catalogue, showroom and Internet sales, Innovations offers a wide range of products for your home, garden, fitness, beauty, office, recreation and leisure.

Infashion
Infashion is your place to go for your favourite fashion labels. Providing you with a variety of fashionable products from Damart, Damart Thermolactyl, Victoria Hill and Established, plus even luxurious bedding and homewares from Home Collections.

Damart
With an international heritage, unsurpassed patented thermal fibre, over 10 million customers and 130 stores worldwide, Damart occupies a niche position in the apparel marketplace and has grown to one the largest direct marketing organisations in the world.
Born in 1953 in Dammartin Street, Roubix France (hence the trademark) when the founding Despature brothers developed and patented a unique main made fibre (Thermolactyl) from Chlorofibre and Acrylic which today remains unrivaled for its ability to provide warmth without layers. Continuous growth gave rise to merchandise assortment expansion to include socks, hosiery, corsetry and ready-to-wear apparel. In 1973 Damart celebrated their twentieth anniversary with 1.25mil customers.

Victoria Hill
In 2006 the Direct Group created the fashion label Victoria Hill. Victoria Hill has made it their business to know real women. This wealth of experience ensures it delivers what she’s looking for in quality basics, season after season.
Each garment is carefully chosen, if it’s not a fabulous must-have, then Victoria Hill won’t offer it. Accessories are equally well considered, with stylish shoes in wider fit, bags with zips and wide brimmed hats. Victoria Hill swimwear is a specialty, transforming summer with slimming black suits and cover-ups that inspire anyone to hit the beach with confidence.
